Thank you for your interest in our 60th running of the Jugiong Interstate Challenge. Entries are now open and close on Friday 24th January 2025.


Please read and follow these instructions:
Documentation
  • Please read the Supplementary Regulations Carefully
  • All documents are to be emailed to event.secretary@rcca.org.au. This should include:
      o Entry Form
      o Self Scrutiny Checklist
      o Self Scrutiny Statement of Compliance
      o Passenger Ride Entry Form (if applicable)
      o A copy of your Club Membership card and Motorsport Australia licence (or you can show these on the day of the event)


Entries
For entries to be accepted, all documentation must be completed prior to Close of Entries.
After reading the Supplementary Regulations, complete the Entry Form.
Competitors require a valid Club Membership and Motorsport Australia licence for the date of the event. These can be emailed with your documents or shown to the Event Secretary prior to the commencement of the event.


Scrutineering
As per Motorsport Australia requirements, self-scrutineering should be completed by competitors. The required forms are Self Scrutiny Checklist and Self Scrutiny Statement of Compliance both of which are available below.


Passengers
Everyone who intends to be a passenger in a vehicle MUST complete the Passenger Ride Entry Form


Payment
Payment of the entry fee by direct deposit is required prior to the Close of Entries.

Drivers Briefing
A Drivers Briefing will be held at the motorkhana ground prior to the event.


Car Numbers
Car numbers will be provided to competitors prior to the commencement of the event.
Competitors are responsible for displaying these numbers clearly on both sides of the vehicle.
Competitor timing cards will be provided on the day.

The RCCA is following all directives from the NSW Government and Motorsport Australia to ensure a safe event for 2025.
