Easter 2015 – 4CV registers’ Biennial Muster – Forbes NSW

For more information – see the September Edition of “FourWord” edition under PUBLICATIONS

Here is the itinery to date:- 4cv1

Friday –  arrival day (some arrive Thurs) with Camel Racing on in Forbes during the day on Friday and that would be available for those already there.  Friday night the usual bbq at Plainsman Motel, byo food & drink.

Saturday – First up a welcome by the Local Mayor (apparently the road will be closed off for the occasion). Then a drive to Eugowra for morning tea (murals on many buildings around town), then on to Manildra where lunch will be in the local hall (lunch supplied by the local school P&C), then to an old movie theatre for a movie and afternoon tea here I think. Drive back to Forbes for dinner and AGM.

Sunday – a drive to Parkes to the Museum and then on to Parkes Satellite Station where we will have lunch in the cafe there. Back to Forbes for the usual swap meet.  I think dinner tonight will not be an organised affair.

Monday – Not sure about this but think that there is a great car museum in Forbes and sure we will be visiting there Monday.

This is the basic program, may change a little.  Linda & I are going to Forbes in mid October to meet with Rex & Heather Veal to finalise the program and costings ready for the Fourword in December.
